The science of buying home.

1. First step is to figure, the size of the home you ideally need – number of rooms, and common spaces, apartments or villas, etc.
2. Then you need to figure, where it is you want this dream home to be.
3. Once you’ve identified the above two, you need to decide how much money you want to spend to make this property. This becomes your Budget!
4. Now you’ve got the size, the location and your budget, its time to see some properties to figure what is available out there that suits you.
5. Now we go into the discovery mode to see properties, and you could have multiple paths from here –
a. You’ve found a home you like, in the location you want, but it`s too pricey, or
b. You’ve found a home you like, within your budget but not in the preferred location.
c. There are several homes available, in the location you want, and all within your budget, but you don’t like either of them!
6. Stalemate, there are several such paths from above that you could be on, wishing life and this home search was easier than this!!!
There are several of us stuck in this limbo spending months and even sometimes years to find that perfect place we want, sounds familiar??
The good news is that home hunting, is very much like finding your life partner, she or he might not be perfect, but they just happened to be the one that gave you vibes that made you trust them with your life.
A home that is meant for you similarly will give you these same vibes, as soon as you step into it, there are some magical powers that will tell you somewhere deep within, that this is what we`re looking for 😊.
And here`s the best part, this home probably isn’t the size you wanted, and maybe not even in the perfect location, and sometimes also out of budget, but you will find yourself surprised how your mind is already figuring ways to make it work!
That’s because something much more connected to us, than our mind, or our heart, (soul?), is telling us it`s found its (soul)-mate!
If you’ve found that vibe, go for it, life is anything but science!
